The Inbound Sales Development Representative (Inbound SDR) is responsible for responding to and qualifying inbound leads generated through marketing efforts, website inquiries, and incoming calls. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying their needs, assessing fit, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. The Inbound SDR plays a key role in driving revenue by ensuring leads are handled quickly, professionally, and effectively. This role must be familiar with crypto and financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talk directly to clients 1:1, understand their unique situation, and answer questions about whether DAG services may be right for their circumstances.
- Conduct short discovery calls to understand customer needs, challenges, and buying intent.
- Maintain high responsiveness and follow-up consistency to maximize lead conversion.
- Keep detailed notes and lead information updated in the CRM.
- Deliver an exceptional first impression to prospects by providing helpful, authentic, and professional communication.
- Educate leads on product features, services, pricing, and value propositions at a high level.
- Handle basic objections and route complex questions to the appropriate team members.
- Log all activities, conversations, and updates accurately in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Track lead progression, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
- Use data insights to improve messaging, lead qualification accuracy, and efficiency.
Must-Have Skills & Abilities
- Associate or bachelorโs degree required, finance or equivalent preferred.
- 1โ2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead qualification (inbound call experience beneficial).
- Knowledge of and experience with (personally or professionally) digital assets, digital assets markets or trading.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
