Inbound Sales Lead

The Inbound Sales Lead is responsible for managing and converting incoming leads into qualified sales opportunities. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, responding to inquiries, understanding customer needs, and guiding qualified prospects through the early stages of the sales process. The Inbound Sales Lead works closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff and a strong customer experience. This role must be familiar with crypto and financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk directly to clients 1:1, understand their unique situation, and answer questions about whether DAG services may be right for the their circumstances.
  • Manage a team of Sale Development Reps, hire, mentor and grow team members, set best practices across the team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Educate prospective customers about the companyโ€™s offerings, value propositions, and pricing.
  • Nurture leads through follow-up communication to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with other DAG team members to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all prospects feel acknowledged and supported.
  • Address common questions or concerns and escalate complex inquiries when needed.
  • Build rapport with prospects to create a positive first impression of the company.
  • Track lead activity, conversion rates, and pipeline statistics in the CRM.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality, common pain points, and trends.
  • Contribute to improvements in inbound processes to increase conversion and efficiency.

Must-Have Skills & Abilities

  • Associate or bachelorโ€™s degree required, finance or equivalent field preferred.
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead qualification.
  • Knowledge of and experience with (personally or professionally) digital assets, digital assets markets or trading.
  • Experience with inbound sales or call center environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and follow structured processes.
