The Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring successful and timely delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to bring products from concept to launch while continuously improving them based on data and user feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and customer needs.
- Translate business objectives into clear product goals and success metrics.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the development cycle.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
- Work with customer support and success teams to understand user issues and drive improvements.
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and changes to stakeholders across the organization.
- Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and KPIs to drive product improvements.
- Conduct tests and experiments to validate ideas.
- Measure product success post-launch and iterate as needed.
Must-Have Skills & Abilities
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masterโs preferred).
- 3โ7+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with product management tools like Jira.
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing initiatives.
- Comfortable working in agile development environments.
- Experience working with development teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
